An Early Christmas

The day began with a wonderful breakfast of cherry scones and sausage frittata. I never get tired of these! Mainly because Mark is the one who cooks it! He did a great job.
Jack and Charlie trying out their new skates! The skates are really neat. They fit over shoes and have three different settings for different levels. Great exercise!

Reading the Chronicles of Narnia pop-up book. I like it as much as the boys do!

Buzz Lightyear and Woody (who wouldn't wear pants-but the next pic will explain why)
Charlie is officially a "big boy". Yes, he is potty trained!! Well, there actually wasn't any training to it. We just put him in underwear, which he is so proud to display, and he has done wonderfully. Today he had an accident, and he got a new pair of underwear from the drawer, put them on (backwards, but who cares!), and put the wet pair in the dirty clothes basket ALL BY HIMSELF while I was in the kitchen. But thats Charlie for you - Mr. Independent.
This video had to be shared! The two older brothers will do anything to make baby brother laugh!

We finished the day by going to a drive-through nativity story. It was amazing! A great way to emphasize to our children the reason we celebrate Christmas!

Andrew's first trip to the pool! He splashed with his hands and kicked so much!

All the Day boys/men love to swim!

Andrew's first time in the high chair today! He has started eating just a little baby food.

Ready to go for a walk! We stayed really warm :)

Maybe later I'll have time to figure out how to flip this picture. But for now, this is the best smile we've gotten from Charlie for a picture. Lately he's been making funny faces for the camera. Sweet boy!
